All Deposits are non-refundable. 

Taxes and applicable fees are not included in listed prices.

We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and mobile payments (like Apple Pay, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, and Paypal) for your convenience! 

Need to cancel? We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. 

We offer a 10-minute grace period. If you’re running later than that, we may need to adjust your appointment to ensure every guest receives the exceptional service they deserve.

A no-show occurs when an appointment is missed without letting us know in advance. To ensure fairness to our team and fellow clients, a no-show fee of $50 will apply.

Once a service is complete, refunds are not available, so please don’t hesitate to share any concerns during your appointment.
